Implementation is divided into different stages and each of them has been instructed separately. Instructions on how to prepare the presenting computers, installing software and connecting screens to users are instructed in sections 1-3 below.
By completing the steps in the given order, you ensure the success of the deployment.
Section 1: contains optional but recommended steps to deploy the software.
NOTE: Making changes is not mandatory.
If no changes are made, e.g. automatic start of the software after a power failure, power saving may end the presentation in the middle, etc…
It may also be that not all programs are installed correctly if Windows updates are missing.
How to prepare the presenting computer
Prepare the screen control machine according to the instructions
The settings listed here make the operation of the machine and the program more reliable.
- Configure the machine to restart after a service interruption. This function is enabled through the device’s BIOS. The name of the setting is usually “Power on after power fail / loss”, set the value to “Power On”.

- Turn off all power saving settings
- Disable and stop Windows Search from services
- Install all Windows updates, including those for other Microsoft products
- Set the desktop wallpaper to black
- Hide desktop icons
- Disable all notifigations
- Disable taskbar serch, taskview, Widgets and Chat
- Allow remote use of the machine, install the Teamviewer Host program https://get.teamviewer.com/fiscalhost
- It is possible to start remote support only if necessary, then use the Teamviewer quick support program https://get.teamviewer.com/fiscalsupport
Section 2: installing the Fiscal Info TV Solution software on your machine
When the installation is complete, restart the machine and you can continue.
How to install Fiscal SaaS Player software
2.1. When the file is downloaded. Press “open file”.
(the file can also be found in your download folder)
2.2. Start the installation by answering “Yes”
2.3. Continue installation by answering “Next”.
2.4. Next we will tell you about the usage rights of the software, I will read them carefully. When you’re done, press “Next”.
2.5. Next you have to accept the user rights, I read them carefully. When you’re done, check “I accept the terms and conditions” and press “Next”.
2.6. Install the programs in the default folder.
2.7. Installation is completed. You can close the box when pres “Complete” and reboot computer.
2.8. Start your computer!
Section 3: connect your device to the user account
Once you’ve done this, you’ll see the device you named in your account.
Connecting the screen to the user ID
Your purchase has been added to your account. If this was your first purchase from us, we created an account for you.
Next we will fetch the Organization ID that you need to continue with Fiscal SaaS Player settings.
If you haven’t registered on our site yet, do it now.
3.3. When the computer has restarted, the settings window is visible.
- First set the resolution you want.
You can press “Get Full screen” and the program will retrieve the information and the presentation is displayed in the entire screen area. You can also change the information.
Finally, press “Save resolution”. - Display name is the name that will appear in the control. Choose a name that describes the screen or the location where the screen is. Use only letters (a-Z), numbers (0-9) and underscore (_) in the name.
- Organization ID, Organization ID can be found as described above in step 3.2.
- Subscription ID, subscription ID is the identification of your purchase, this is also shown in the email we send.
- Account username, is the email address with which you made the purchase and to which we sent a confirmation email, the address can also be found in the letter.
Note: all three (Organization ID, Subscription ID and Email) must be correct.
Note: By pressing the ESC key – at any time – you can edit the settings.
3.4. When all fields are filled in, press “Register display or test connect to server”.
If you see the pop up window with text: “No connection to server”:
- check your Internet connection
- check with the browser that your computer has a connection to the service at https://fiscaldisplay.fiscal.fi/
- and also at https://fiscaldisplay.fiscal.fi:8080
Both pages return a response.
3.5. After checking the information and connections, save the settings and press button “Register display or test connect to server” again.
Now your screen is registered to the server and you can start using it.
Note: If you have multiple displays, repeat the above instructions in section 3 for all of them.
3.6. Press “Close settings” and you see this picture.
Now software is waiting material in the server. Go to next phase and publish material.
