If you are the local administrator of your organization, you will see the “Local Admin” button on the main page

As your organization’s local Administrator:

  • you can manage screen usage rights
  • you can add and remove users
  • you can see your organization’s orders
  • you can manage screen rights
  • you can control which screens you attach the license to
  • you can see your organization’s orders

1. Start by pressing “Local Admin” button to see the options.

2. Usage Rights

After you have selected a user name from the left menu, you can see the screens used by your organization in the right menu.

Now you can select the screens you want the selected user to be able to control.

Finally press “Save Changes”.

3. User management

In the user management section you can add and remove users.

To add a user, enter the new user’s e-mail address in the field on the right under Add new user and press “Add new user”.

To remove a user, click the name of the user to be removed from the Users of the organization list. The username you selected in this section is displayed in the field on the right under Remove user.
To remove a user, press “Remove user”.

4. Organization Licenses

In the Organization Licenses section, you can see all the offers you have acquired.

  • Subscription ID is an offer ID from Microsoft.
  • Quantity is the number of licenses included in the offer.
  • The end date tells when the licenses for that offer expire.
  • Plan ID is the name of the offer
  • The status indicates whether the licenses of the offer are available.
  • Total count of valid licenses tells you the number of licenses that are currently available.

When you acquire new licenses, it increases the number of chapels (???). Similarly, when the “End date” has passed, the number of licenses used decreases.

5. License management

In the License management section, you can control to which screens you connect the licenses you are using.

In the Picture 4, the organization has 18 licenses available. There are currently 10 of them in use.

You can remove the license from the screen by removing the selection on the left side of the screen name, and similarly add the license to the screen by selecting the selection.

6. When you have made the changes, press “Save changes”.

Note that when the number of active licenses (subscription is no longer valid) falls below the limit of the licenses used, the licenses are deactivated, only the number of displays of the active licenses remain.
